Johanna Mattner studied business administration at Aalen University, specialising in human resources and marketing, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. During her studies, she worked in national and international companies. These included the BMW Group MINI Plant in Oxford and Würth Industrie in Bad Mergentheim. Since 2019, she has been working at Würth Elektronik eiSos in the department Talent Acquisition (HR) as a specialist for university marketing.
